I really liked it.
Took a gamble and tried it. It's really good. I only do small maybe micro batches. 10lbs at a time. Gave it a go I measured out on a Walmart scale and heck it come out nice. Will buy morechaga

Made venison sausage with some added pork butt. Very good country flavor. They also add the pink salt preservative packs if you are gonna smoke sausage. Excellent price, value and flavor.

Great product
Seasoning is great you can always other spices for your preference or jalapenos or cheese, although it would be a little more helpful to have measurements for smaller portions but overall a great product for making your own sausage
