2 Year Review- this pillow has held up amazingly!! Love this pillow forever!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't stress how amazing this pillow is. I've been using a side sleeper pillow for 3 years, but have become unable to sleep on my side due to surgery. It was so painful for my neck to lay on my back with the side sleeper, so I did some research and came across the Perfect Cloud brand. I bought this pillow thinking I would have to return it and go through a bunch before I found the right pillow for me, but I was wrong! It came in the mail yesterday and last night I had the most relaxing sleep I've had IN WEEKS- or longer!! It is so soft but SO supportive. I stayed cool all night long, and woke up harmoniously. I would 100% recommend this pillow for ANYONE looking for a great night's sleep.

Only thing that keeps this from 5 stars is that it does not get as cool as my previous pillow. I do like the feel and comfort of this pillow. The price is a bit high for this, I paid 70$.

A fateful encounter caused me to need a new pillow, and I thought I had good pillows before as I had mainly relied on good reviews and brands.This time I went with a combination of blind faith and price and relied very slightly on the reviews, the pillow exceeded my expectations.The cooling pillow is incredible and necessary for people like me who get chronic migraines from overheating while asleep.Credit and my thanks to the seller and maker!Bought 4, one for my mom, one for my oldest, one for my wife, and; of course one for me.

Firstly, I haven't slept on it yet. This review is just about the condition it arrived in.The foam arrived full of holes and craters. The top side has a plastic film that seems integral to the structure, but it also has some holes and a dodgy looking seam.My previous pillow took years to form holes like these, but this one is like that right out of the box.The pillow feels soft and plush, but lighter than I expected. At this price I expected a higher density foam and a better finish.The pillowcase that comes with it looks nice at first glance, but it has these huge stupid tags that are not easy to remove without leaving a little bit of a stub.I've created a support ticket to find out if my unit is defective, but either way I doubt it will last as long as other pillows at this price point.

I am a side sleeper with fairly broad shoulders, and I've been really struggling to find a pillow that doesn't cause me to wake up with day-long neck pain. I had one memory foam contour pillow that was genuinely heavenly for about 8 months, and then it started losing its support and I started having the exact same problems with it. I needed a replacement, because none of my other pillows had the neck support I needed. I decided to try this one.This review is going to go night-by-night to tell you about my experiences with the pillow. I will update this review after each night for a week to let you know my impressions. This is NOT a paid review and I bought this pillow for a full 60 bucks. Therefore, I'm going to tell you whether this pillow is worth the official asking price.NIGHT 1 (1/26) - I received the pillow in the mail and I expected it to be at the top of its game. Usually the first night is one of the best nights for foam pillows. This pillow was certainly more gentle than other ones I tried. But for a side sleeper like me, where firmness is not a bad thing, that didn't really instill confidence in me. I also noticed my head sank really slowly into it and it didn't really have much neck support. I gave it a shot anyway.I went to sleep pretty quick, but then I woke up at 6:30am with some serious discomfort in my neck, just as much as I had when I wasn't using the pillow. I was hurting pretty bad. And sure enough, I had a crick in my neck that lasted me the whole day.NIGHT 2 (1/27) - Still didn't do much for me. I woke up just as pained as I was the morning before. Whenever I lay my head down on it, any firmness and support deflates to other parts of the pillow. I'm going to give this pillow one more night, and if it doesn't work out, I'm going to go ahead and return it.NIGHT 3 (1/28) - Unsurprisingly, same problems as before. I decided to return the pillow on the 29th.---------Needless to say, if I pay 60 dollars for a pillow, I expect a whole lot better than this. Based on just a few nights, it's definitely not worth the 60 dollar asking price (apparently marked down from 100). Especially not if you're a side sleeper. I noticed that this review thread is also full of people who received the product at a discounted rate, or for free, in exchange for an honest review. But that alone skews the feedback, because if someone isn't paying the full 60-100 dollars for the pillow, they can't really testify to whether the pillow is worth the full asking price. They can imagine themselves paying 60 dollars for the pillow, but they didn't actually do it. Really disappointed I didn't notice this and take it into account prior to ordering.This pillow was a huge letdown for the asking price. Back sleepers might appreciate it for its plushiness but it doesn't have the support side sleepers will likely need. 1/5 for me.

I've tried many pillows, but this has by far been my favorite. Before this I had used a shredded memory foam bamboo pillow, but it just wasn't right. The one thing I would change is I would make it a little firmer. The middle is perfect, but I'm a person who likes to use the side of the pillow when I lay down and it flattens down a lot. Sixty dollars seems like a bit much to me. But we spend so much time of our lives sleeping I would for sure recommend spending a little more for a nice pillow. The case itself seemed soft, but I put another over it to protect it and for easier cleaning of the case. Because of that I can't feel the gel too much. But when the additional case was off it felt great. I sleep on my side,stomach,and back and this works for all three. Overall this is a great pillow and I would recommend it to anyone who is considering buying it.
