PowerStep High Insoles | High Arch Pain Relief Orthotic, Supination Inserts

I have high arches and hammertoes and need orthotics. My original post-surgery orthotics wore out, and I was unsure whether buying orthotics over the counter would be a good decision. There are quite a few to choose from, but I decided to purchase these based on their manufacture in the United States. Fortunately, when they arrived, I was delighted to see that they fit my shoes perfectly and provided a great deal of comfort beneath my feet. Support beneath a high arch can make a difference in mobility and stride. These are a fantastic investment.

These inserts were one of 3 brands recommended by my podiatrist. I'd recently messed up the tendons in my feet. Very painful. If you supinate, these are for you. They are instantly comfortable with no adjustment time. They save my life every day. Now, they are on the thicker side, so they may not work with some of your shoes. They work just fine in my athletic shoes, but not in my dress shoes. But! Because they work so well, I'm likely to buy shoes a half size up now just so I can use them. I think the additional half size will accommodate the additional depth needed. Some of you will hesitate at the price. They're comparable to all others, and they work. You're worth it.

Does a great job at supporting my high arched feet. I have 2 sets of these so I can keep them in multiple pairs of shoes at once. I’ll probably buy more throughout time as they wear out since they’re great at keeping my feet comfortable.

I have trouble with my ankles and this insert really helped me. Great durability, thickness and support. However, I think they are over-priced.

Helps relieve the pain in my heals. I’ve worn these for a couple months and love the fit. So easy to to switch from one pair of shoes to other shoes Lasts for months

At first they hurt my arches but after awhile my feel don’t hurt anymore. I love them. I recommend for high arch support.

Price is insane. $10 more than competition. I'll got to the store, thank you very much...They last me about 2 months new. I'm on my feet all day and they help with my fybromialgia.

This high arch orthotic works perfect! This is the first orthotic that has helped keep my SI Joints in alignment. It has changed my life! I highly recommend this orthotic!!!
