very fast , one of the best laptop

Not sure what happened to Lenovo - I worked with IBM in the early 2000's setting up the award winning smart center. Right now any Lenovo I've purchased after about a month of use (brand new - in warranty) the battery no longer charges. Tech support is absolutely pathetic - what happened to the Smart Center? Didn't expect incompetent AND rude! But hey - with Dell and HP as your competitors, where do you go? It's a race to the bottom and right now I'd say these manufacturers are all neck and neck. Meantime, I have employees that can't work because the new in warranty computers fail and the only thing they can think to do is roll a truck - for a batter replacement! What happened to the Smart Center? Failure economy alive and well with Lenovo

I needed a small computer to sit next to me at my living room recliner to occasionally look things up. This is garbage! It is so slow, I turn it on and have timed over 10 minutes before it is ready for use. Tonight, it wanted to do updates, and it took over an hour before it was ready for use. I used a Lenovo ThinkPad at work and it was wonderful. This one is GARBAGE. Do not buy it!

This is without a doubt the single worst purchase I have made in my entire life. Maybe it is a lemon, idk. The computer was very slow to begin with and I removed all the bloat ware. I installed 2 programs. 2! After a few months it was so slow I decided to reset it to the factory settings to at least get some use out of it. Now, less than a year later the computer is almost completely unusable, it is that slow.

That's PURE SCAM. The laptops I bought for my daughters never work, and the seller NEVER EVER answers the 844 number they provided. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!

I bought this like 5-6 months ago and it wont charge or turn on now. No response from seller

The biggest problem was getting into the BIOS settings so I could turn off UEFI and the Windows Boot Manager. Try as I might hitting the documented hot key wouldn't let me into the BIOS following power up. I ended up booting into Windows and restarting into the BIOS from there. But once in I was able to boot and install Ubuntu off of the USB stick. All the hardware worked perfectly.Lenovo continues to deserve its reputation of having good support for Linux nuts like me. I do wish they would ship the unit with the BIOS configured to allow easy entry into it at power up via a hot key (turn off Fast Boot). Having to boot into Windows just to get to the BIOS was kind of a pain.

Llegó antes del plazo indicado. Me decepcionó la compra. El teclado viene en inglés así como el software. Tarde todo un día en bajar parches y actualizaciones. No lo volvería a hacer.
