I saw a bunch of people complaining about the color being too dark, maybe they got an old version, I have attached a picture of my neighbor wearing this hard hat. I made him wear it when he was doing some light construction in his garage. Inside head band is very comfortable and it's nice that it has the clickey adjustment knob in the back to make it tighter so it doesn't fall off. Has anybody done this?** A: Yes. There's a single middle strap that you can get separately. Thanks! **Q: I have a 7.75 hat size, will this fit a large?** A: The inner band is easily adjusted to fit any size. I have about a 7.25 hat size and I can make it large enough to fit it over a baseball hat or a stretch knit hat for when it's cold out (like today!). It should easily fit a 7.75.
