The stapler comes with 90 staples and you can purchase more staples separately.

Stapler to big for staples provided. I ordered more refills but they don't fit either. How long is the warranty?

I have never had a problem with the stapler. I only order the .25in staples for it and they fit perfect. Here is a link below to the staples I order for this stapler.
