Quality and effective
If you are experienced with catching bait fish you'll love this tool. The thin wire is rigid and easy to use the handle is strong yet incredibly light weight. Does not feel cheap or feel like it would fall apart immediately. Would float no problem if dropped into water. Works with all size sabiki hooks.

Works great
It works great on removing small hooks from pan fish like bluegills. I don't really understand how it works so well, but I followed the instructions, and the fish fell of the hook. I had to shake a few off, but I didn't have to even touch the fish. It did not work on fish that swallowed the hook, but if the hook was in the fishes mouth, it came right out. Amazing.

Ok.
I’m sure the tool will work but the looks aren’t the best. Seems like I was shipped a used or beat up product. I know the looks won’t interfere with the function of the dehooked. Just a little disappointed.Yes it came looking that way, no I didn’t peel the cover off.

Great for bait and other fish.
Great dehooker for small fish. I got it for getting bait off my sabiki rig but have used it for getting other fish off my rigs as well. It fits in my tackle box great because of its small size but the handle still gives you enough to grab onto when trying to get the fish off.

So easy to unhook and shake off slimy fish like pacific ...
Worth it’s weight in gold! So easy to unhook and shake off slimy fish like pacific mackerel. They keep their slime on their skin and off your hands. Love this tool!

Not the best for sabiki
I use this for dehooking bait off my sabiki rigs. I tear a lot of tender mouths shaking it to get the fish to fall off.
