The taste is delicious and until you have it, you don’t realise how metallic other coffees are. I certainly didn’t. It’s super smooth, strong yet mellow and works on my moka pot, press, 60 etc. when I use it in the Moka there’s no sludge in the top after cooking it up. It has a great aroma, and this massive packet lasts a one coffee drinker household a few wks - I drink 2-3 cups a day, possibly more. I’m not counting. Would recommend. It is more expensive than others but I like supporting True Start as a small business. I’d rather do that than support other massive organisations that swamp our world. My daughter makes coffee cakes with it and it blends into that really well, and she’s of that age where an almond milk iced latte is everything and she said there wasn’t the bitterness of a shop bought one. Flavour is OK but nothing special. Not especially strong so I ended up using two good scoops per cup so it barely saw out a week.
