i really liked these in the past, but the last bottle i purchased tastes terrible! (like cow manure) Lot 3231944 Anyone else have this issue?

I purchased the first bottle that turned out tasting bad, then asked for a replacement and the second bottle was also bad. Bought a good one somewhere else. Does anyone know how I can get a refund?
