The bass is rich and warm, and doesn't overpower typical audio in either video or audio. The mids are clear and clean, and while the highs seemed tempered, they are bright and crisp without causing your teeth to ache. However, buying the ear buds at $80, I felt that cost didn't reflect the tactile quality (feel) of the product or the packaging. Unlike Beats, there is no carrying case for your ear buds, and I don't feel the quality of the flanges supplied with the ear buds are as good. While there is a microphone and a button which allow use with a cellphone to answer calls as well as play/pause music, there is no volume control on the chord. Also, the chord, while similar to that found on Beats, is noticeably wider and doesn't feel quite as refined. I would highly recommend these over Beats any day, especially at the $50 price point. Note: There is a new package available from Pump you can get, with coupon, for around $80. It includes a carrying case, better flanges, and premium packaging. If that's not important to you, go for these. They're a steal at $50. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buy with Confidence *by J***K on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 29, 2016* This is a correction to previous review. These are very good ear buds but we had an issue with the product. Initially Pump Audio had the policy of honoring its five-year warrant only when item(s) are purchased directly from their website, but they have since changed this policy to include all distributors, proving that they stand by the quality of their product(s) and expect to provide nothing but the best to consumers. The company contacted me directly on a few occasions when I had an issue with the product and not only did they honor the five-year warranty, they provided me with an exceptional replacement. As these were a gift for my wife, the opportunity to provide her with excellent quality from a company that cares about the "consumer" is a breath of fresh air. I would tell all consumers interested in a good product for a good price to have confidence in the product they buy from Pump Audio without any reservations. They have made a believer out of me.DISCLAIMER: I paid FULL PRICE for this product and am providing an honest and unbiased review. That said, my opinions are entirely my own. I strive to be impartial and have no incentive to be otherwise. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Will Buy Again if Needed *by W***Y on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on December 20, 2016* I've had these for nearly a year, maybe more. I really like these earbuds. The quality of sound is great and has decent bass for earbuds. The cord does not tangle and I LOVE the color. With other brands, I normally have 1 earbud go out within a few months. These are staying strong (and I am rough with them). The actual silicone (part you put in ear) ripped fairly easy though and they don't feel as nice as some other brands, but you can't feel that difference when it's in your ear. The other slight issue is when I roll across the carpet and plastic floor mat in my computer chair, I can hear the static in these earbuds. Something I've only noticed in a few other brands. For those 2 slight issues I am giving 4 stars.
