These are third party tested so you do at least know you are geting what you paid for. But they are kind of expensive, especially when compared to just buying the powder. The recommended dose is 2-4 grams and these are 500mg per capsules, which means taking 4 to 8 per day. The bottle is also made out of some stupid hippy material that's made of potatoes or something. And the lid doesn't even tighten. It's so wonky I can just keep turning it with my thumb and one finger and it just keeps slipping and never gets tight. I want my supplements to be in airtight bottles! Overall, a bit of a let down.

I felt tired every day about 5pm and would often fall asleep, I haven't had an issue since the day I started this, so surprising but very welcome, I'm hoping this will improve my poor liver function and prevent going on to more blood pressure medicaation, I'm on the cusp, will update once I have my bloods tested in April
