I bought a medium earlier this year and it worked fantastic. You can wear it under clothes and it fit like a glove. I wear a medium in regular clothes, but I decided to get a small this time since I was already losing weight after having my 4th baby. It fits good and it feels comfortable. I can move around in it. I’m so glad I bought another one. It’s worth it. It sucks all the fat in my mid section. Love it!!!!

I got the XS. I am 5'3 and 123 lbs. I retain a lot of my body fat in my arms, belly, and back. When I first received it I was extremely frustrated with trying to get the hooks to latch but then I realized it was probably because I overshot on my size....It was super tight and I had a lot of belly fat. I couldn't even get it zip up on the third and farthest latch so I just left the hooks exposed every time I wore it. I'm on day 5 for my waist trainer schedule going on about 6-7 hours of wear a day, and I must say I am impressed. Today was the day I finally got it to zip up on the second (middle) notch! I've lost water weight (with the help of exercising and eating healthy of course) and have been seeing gradual results and noticeable belly suppression. With a healthy diet and workout regimen I think this product is going to be the most bang for your buck....The compression absolutely reduces your urge to eat in large quantities because of how uncomfortably tight in can get. Material is durable and better than expected and it has maintained its shape despite me having ran in it a few times already. Did not receive the same odor everyone has been talking about. I’ve been using waist trainers for years, and after the person I used to buy from moved, I struggled to find one that matched the quality and fit I was used to. I was thrilled to discover this waist trainer, which is the closest I’ve found to my previous one, and I absolutely love it!The quality of this waist trainer is excellent, especially for the price—it’s half of what I used to pay, which is a fantastic deal. The material is durable yet comfortable, and it provides the support and compression I need without feeling restrictive.The only downside I’ve experienced is the sizing. I’ve noticed that the difference between the medium and small sizes is quite significant. As I’ve slimmed down, I’ve outgrown the medium, but the small is still too tight due to the large gap between the two sizes. It would be perfect if there was an in-between size or a more gradual transition between sizes.Overall, this waist trainer is a great find, and despite the sizing issue, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an effective, high-quality, and affordable waist trainer.

I'm 5ft 200lbs and bought a size large. I Love how tight but comfortable it fits. I usually buy waist trainers with the hooks and while they hold everything it's also super uncomfortable. This waist trainer on the other hand comes with the hooks and zipper. It holds everything in tight and straightens my back. I appreciate that it doesn't flip at the bottom like other waist trainers I've tried.

If you have a belly that sticks out at least somewhat significantly over the top of your jeans, you will need to order up 1-2 sizes. Just to give you an idea since I don't have a picture to post with this review. I am currently 5'5" approximately 200 lbs. and ordered an XL which did not come close to fitting around my mid-section. I wear a 14 in most jeans, sometimes 16. I carry my weight proportionally so I'm not thin anywhere and have the little roll that sticks out over the top of my jeans. My belly is not bigger than my breasts or doesn't stick out further than my breasts. At any rate, now that I have humbled myself and given my current physical description (Ugh!) - I think this would be great IF IT FIT so I think I will order a 3XL to see if I'm right?? I hope this helps others!! I rated everything a 3 since it didn't fit - I'm unable to give accurate rating on each of the categories and didn't want to be completely unfair about it.

I must say this is my favorite waist trimmer trainer lol because I wear dresses and skirts and it's not bulky worth straps but I see and feel the difference. And art least I can move but still be held in place as I get this body where it needs to be. I'm not big but my belly is a little bigger than I'm comfortable with after children. I kind of feel a warmth too with it on This may help with work outs and sweating. I will post more and take a pic to help others.

I’ve bought this before and my boyfriend bought me it again after a year of not having one, I think I’m about 30 inches around the waist, 150lbs, so he got me an extra small. it snatches so well and it is lowkey so comfortable, I love it and I love the way it makes my tummy look as I am an insecure girly.

this waist trainer worked like a charm for over two years spot/spray cleaning with no issues. i'm an actress and i've worn this onstage, in film, etc. and it held up perfectly. i machine washed it (cool water, delicate cycle) after a recent theatrical run in which i wore this onstage for hours at a time, after which the zipper became unreliable and would spontaneously fail. this happened several times before it finally broke. i would replace the zipper, but i'm afraid it wouldn't work the same. i'm going to buy another because nothing else gives me a shape quite like this but do NOT machine wash it.

Love it! i just got the XS Im 5’8 and 65kg. You can actually do work while wearing it very comfortable. Its a little hard to put on because I have a little bily on me but I got the xs to actually scoop my body and it did !! 10/10

En lo personal el material me encantó solo q me deje guiar por una una reseña q decía q le quedó muy pequeña q asta se rompió así q me espante y me encargue la chica xq pensé q la extra chica no me quedaría ya q no soy flaca soy delgada de la cintura asia arriba pero para bajo soy algo ancha caderona mi sintura mide 69 CM y esperaba ponerme la en los broches premieros para después si bajaba ir moldeando más la cintura ir recorriendo asta el último pero no fue así desde el principio me quedo en el último en el más apretado se supone, la verdad aún así me quedo algo flojita esa es mi experiencia pero de ahí en más me encanta te da una muy buena movilidad y la voy a volver encargar pero en xs para q se den una idea mis caderas miden 110 y mi cintura 69 ... Espero y les sirva de algo mi experiencia xq si está muy padre y moldea super bien

I do not have much more words to qualify the quality and perfection of this waist trainer. It’s absolutely the truth and would encourage anyone looking out there for some good snatch to not miss out on this one!…Been using this as a postpartum tummy trainer and Everything about it is the truth!

Good. But I would like something longer that covers the entire abdomen from under breast to the start of the hip.

This one works really well! Really flattens out my tummy and makes me feel more confident wearing tighter clothes. I use it at the gym for the most part since it is a waist trainer but I also use it when I wear form fitting dresses. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because you do have to size up. I fit into large-xl shirts but I needed to buy this in a 3x for it to fit me. It fits me on the tightest setting so if I got it in a 2x it probably would fit as well just not on the tightest one. I definitely recommend though!
