Classic enamel roaster just the right size for a whole chicken or a roast of beef. Super great value for the price because it will last forever.

Lighter weight than I thought it would be, but that's not necessarilly a bad thing. The lid is not the snug fit of the older versions of this type of roaster. But as long as you are aware it's not a problem . Good value for money though and roasts well. Would recommend you buy a trivet so you can steam roast in it and lift the meat out of the juices.

Easy to use and easy to clean.Good size to cook a large chicken.

The build quality is poor on this item. Eg the enamel coating is full of what looks like trapped air bubbles. I expect after use these will rupture and create a host of craters in the coating.The lid doesn't fit snugly. When in place it rocks up and down.I bought this item to compliment a smaller Sainsbury's pan due to it not having handles. The Sainsbury's pan puts this productto shame. Superior enameling, thicker guage steel and an excellent lid fit.
