Cuisinart Espresso, Cappuccino & Latte Machine, Fully Programmable, Single & Double Serve, EM-25

The first time I used it, perfect! The second time the machine didn’t recognize the milk being hooked up. I immediately set up a return. Then I decided to try to get it to work because I threw out my old machine. I washed the milk tank and put it back together with the hose holes facing the out hose. Then like new again, it worked. Sometimes it takes her a minute to recognize the milk but I wait and she catches it. The flavor and convenience of it, makes it worth it. Good purchase! Keeps me from wasting money at Starbucks.

This does the job and the coffee comes out good, but it’s clearly not the same build quality of other similar machines, lots of loose bits to deal with in terms of the parts which feel cheap eg. Water and milk containers, plus the height of the dispenser doesn’t accommodate taller coffee cups. My machine stopped frothing the milk properly after 3 months customer service with the manufacturer was appalling and even though the machine comes with standard 2 year warranty, it actually counts for nothing as they won’t provide any refunds after the 30 day period. Definitely not on my recommended lists.

Great machine, love it, can finally have a nice latte quickly and easily with kids breakfast, instead of instant coffee. Highly recommend. Just warm your cup up first with hot water, then empty, and your drink will be perfect to drink (ideally would be a little hotter, but fine if pre-heat mug). Love to use with glass mug to see the beautiful drink. I like to do a double espresso, then steamed milk setting to fill mug. I also pull milk out for last few seconds to "clean out" the milk spout.

This is handy when we are on the road in our RV. It is convenient because of its small size, but the coffee is on the weak side for my taste, and it is hard to find the capsules anywhere but Amazon. If I were to do it all over again, I would by a the least expensive super automatic espresso maker.

Bought this for a Christmas gift and it stopped frothing after 2 weeks!

Works great for making my daily cappuccino. Really easy to clean and maintain and a great price too. Use it everyday.

I just didn't make the coffee or milk hot enough. I was hopeful for it to be what I'd keep, but I was not completely happy.

Unfortunately, the machine totally missed the mark for me. It is not at all user friendly and the instructions are sub par at best. There are only a few buttons which would lead you to believe it is an intuitive machine, but it is anything but. I wanted to love it and purchased several coffee capsule varieties in preparation. Oh, and forget about the mess it made! Every time we made a milk based beverage it would shoot and splatter milk EVERYWHERE! Sadly after giving it an honest shot, reading the instructions at least 20 times and even contacting customer support, I was forced to return.
