KEYS WORK
The keys arrived yesterday. I knew I had to get the broken key out and had no knowledge of how to do that. Last night I went over you tube videos to see how to do it. I spent about 10 minutes and got the old key out. I them used the new keys and they fit and turned the lock just fine. I had contacted two locksmiths. One wanted 35.00 to make a new keyThe other wanted 15.00. They both wanted 5.00 to make an extra key. They were both at 50.00 to get the old key out. This saved me a lot of moneyThank you.

Perfect Fit

Funny story. Check your lock for blockage.
Got the keys and couldn’t get them in the lock. I took my safe to a local locksmith who made two keys (at nearly double the cost for Butler). When he tried them out, he discovered a key had broken off in the lock. He removed the broken piece. When I got home, I checked and the Butler keys looked like the same cut. And they work. I had written to let the seller know they didn’t fit and they responded quickly. Great customer service! Will definitely use the same seller again when needed. If you receive keys that won’t go in the lock, check to be sure there is nothing stuck in the lock to block the key.

Very well cut keys
Very well cut keys! Perfect representation and replacement, and my order arrived earlier than promised (I suspect that’s do to the nature of smart post and proximity, but I’m happy the seller set an expectation and over-derlivered). Nice work!
