The Coffee Enema Book

Needed the facts about. Enema and this seems to answer all my questions..I like the instruction that is so clear to follow.

Why write a book if everything is said on one page, repeated, and repeated...without giving detail...

A lack of serious information.Few lines were directly copied from articles from internet.Quite few things are said twice almost exactly the same way...Do waste your time and money on this!The J.D. Rockefeller website seams like another internet marketing waste...

A lot of the information was repeated and didn't prove to be any more valuable than articles on the subject.

I just started doing coffee enemas a few months ago and have found out they're wonderful results. I was going to a severe depression and it really has helped me. Not sure why you state that you can't use Vaseline on the tip because I was taught to use Vaseline.
