This product is one of the most superior probiotics in the market. Shipped on ice packs and must be put right in the refrigerator. Took a number of years ago and my skin even cleared up from psoriasis. Testing it again and hope I get the same response. But, it without a doubt is excellent for resetting your gut flora.

Definitely makes a difference … would recommend giving it a go

I gave the product 5 stars because it definitely works for me. I am an otherwise healthy IBS sufferer. I can manage the condition as long as I manage my fiber and probiotic intake. This product is one that works. That isn't common in probiotic products. The downside is that this product is expensive for what it is. I was curious what exactly is in the product and experimented by using a packet as yogurt starter and incubated it in my yogurt maker. I was curious what would grow from the product. Long story short, it makes very good yogurt, indistinguishable from some commercial Greek and Bulgarian cultures. Considering the price, I had hoped there would be a noticeable difference in the culture. Fresh homemade yogurt or kefir (best) works as well or better than this product. so if you can tolerate milk products and put up with a little hassle, that is a much cheaper option. The stuff is convenient and it does work if used as directed though.

This probiotic needs to be refrigerated but can also tolerate room temperature for short periods. So it's important that this product arrive cold (with ice packs). It did arrive cold and went straight into the fridge. This product is quite expensive but it was recommended directly by our child's doctor. We have been mixing this product into our cold, daily smoothies. This has no taste and mixes well. So far, the results are good and we plan to keep using it. I will update this review if our results change or if we see any negative side effects.

Superb product and support.

The product arrived securely packed in a styrofoam type box with dry ice packets. The boxes were still cold. I’ve been using VSL#3 packets for my diagnosed microscopic colitis and it has been working very well to actually eliminate the frequent diarrhea caused by this horrible illness. I do take mesalamine as well but I was able to reduce the dosage which was beneficial because it has so many side effects.
