I used these to make a memory game for my grandkids. I used vinyl cutouts and acrylic paint. Some of the pieces were full of splinters that could not be fully sanded away, and several were stained.

I got this product to practice wood burning (was gifted a woodburner for my birthday) and it was perfect. All the pieces were there, even/uniform, and the wood burned easily. I will say they were ~1/16th inch (2mm) short of the advertised size so if you need the exact size it might not be the product for you. The other downside to the product is there is some splintering but they are too flexible to puncture skin and easily sanded.

Honestly these were a lot better than I thought they would be. Minimal amount of sanding needed. All 30 pieces are pretty much the same shape. I am only working on 6 of them at the moment but all six are within +/- .005 tolerance for the thickness which is very good. There are only a few pieces with minor chips or tare outs. If you are only working on one side to paint, draw or burn this really isn't much of an issue. The only thing I can't comment on yet is how well it takes to my pyrography work. So far though, I think this is a good and consistent buy for material.

I have always been into crafts and creating different things. I recently saw a photo posted that looked like scrabble pieces up on the wall with the familys name in it, I feel in love. It looks so nice with everyones names crossing over each other. I thought I could try something similar with my family. I ordered this 50pcs set of unfinished 4" wood tiles and they are exactly what I wanted. I am not sure if I am going to attemp to stain the tiles are just leave them as is. I need to add all the letters to them and play with them a bit to get everything how I like it. I am so excited to see how everything will look when its finished!

Used these for the base for a kids craft Snow Man...worked excellent

A LOT of the tiles are unusable I needed 28 tiles for a project and I managed to get my 28 with about 8 left over that are useable but some are still warped. all the others I will have to toss out because they are either all mangled on the edges, burn marked or severely warped. They stained well and were relatively smooth which was nice but all in all I probably won’t be buying these again and I will go back to ordering from my previous seller.

Gave 4 stars because the packaging wasn't great. The plastic they were wrapped in broke in the box and the tiles were everywhere, thankfully only 1 was damaged. Other than that they are perfect for my project.

i love these tiles, i'm sad because i went to order more and they're currently unavailable - NOOO!why is it when you finally find something good, they have to take it away
