use this tape for everything! It gives peace of mind (since it's not plastic and is better eco wise). I use it when wrapping Christmas gifts, we love using natural papers and the paper tape keeps the gifts sealed best. It's easy to tear, easy to peel off and you can use less to build boxes (imo) than regular packing tape! You can also tear it versus using a tape gun for packing. This means no accidental cuts on the tape cutter, no need to purchase a tape gun/ holder.

Sure it works great for boxes, it's the BEST I have ever found and have hunted it down however, it also works for other tasks. I even use a few tiny pieces under my parrots bowls where there is an extra space that needs just a little lift so it won't spin around. It actually sticks to the PLASTIC. It does repel water a bit as well! Handy stuff this is. Try it. Pretty easy to tear with your hands or cut if you want it to look nice.

We use this tape for packing boxes.. Easy to use because you can tear the tape and don't have to use a scissors. The tape does wrinkle a little but easy enough to smooth out. Being able to write on the tape is another plus as well as covering up previous box markings. It is a bit more expensive so we alternate with the cellophane dispensed tape.

I really can't add anything here that hasn't already been said in previous reviews. This is great tape, and I've tried to find a cheaper alternative, but have come up empty-handed - so I'm reluctantly content to pay a premium for this stuff. With all of the scary news about plastics getting into everything, we're trying to head in a "plastic free" direction. I'm not a wacko environmentalist tree-hugger - just a regular guy who sees waste plastic everywhere. This tape is heavy paper, appears to seal just as well as plastic shipping tape, so I'll pay a bit more to help the environment (hell - there are reports now of "micro plastics" being found in human cells, so this is more than just for the environment!) It also looks much more classy when sealing boxes than the plastic tape.

This high performance tape gets the job done. Easy to tear and place.

A guy at the U-Haul store recommended this tape, and I was seriously skeptical, but decided to try it. Then afterwards I wanted to go back and hug him! (This roll from Amazon is now my second roll). This tape is easier to use than the clear kind that comes in a dispenser. It is easy to tear off, sticks well and is so much more manageable than the clear kind. I was initially skeptical of "paper tape" being strong enough but it definitely is. If I ever move again (sincerely hoping not) I will definitely use this kind. (I have had to move a lot and I sure wish I had discovered this sooner - I have a lot of experience with the other kind. A LOT.).

Very happy to use this paper tape instead of plastic tape. There is so much plastic in our environment that to at least do something small for our world is really important.Plastic tape on boxes is NOT RECYCLABLE.This paper tape is so much better to use.
