These are AWESOME. Until I had these my 14ft x 8 ft pool was just for the kids.With these now, we can all go for a continuous swim which is fantastic exercise.I leave these attached to the structure of the pool and off I go.Suggest anyone buying these also buy a full face snorkel with integrated breathing.If you do a continuous swim in a small pool like mine you get a lot of "chop" which makes breathing to the side difficult. (not a function of this product, just a function of continuous swimming in a small pool.)So with a full face snorkel, you are face down and can swim for as long as your stamina holds without interruption.For me, pretty fit, 15 mins of continuous swimming and my workout is done.If you buys these, I think you'll be delighted!
