Easy to prepared and very flavorful. I would love to take these backpacking! Can't wait. I will definitely be buying more. Good for one person only. Less than 10 minutes to prepare. Doesn't need additional ingredients unless you want protein. I haven't tried adding anything else.

I loved this Tom kha soup it's so easy and super flavorful it taste almost as good as my favorite Thai restaurants and I can make it from home. It's a bit expensive but it tastes awesome. Definitely will but again

Tom kha soup is one of my favorite dishes, and I always order it mild. This soup was good, but too hot for me… and I did NOT include the envelope of chili pepper. I would hate to think if I did put it in!

I have ordered this soup, which is amazing , a bunch of times. However, it’s not available anymore and it’s been that way for months.Die anyone know why??

I’m 61 and just went vegan. I love the things I’m giving up and am looking for new things to love. Of all the things I’m allowed to have on my vegan diet, this is one of my two favorites. (The other one is vegan street corn.) I LOVE THIS SOUP!!! At first I balked at the price. Then as I was eating it, I thought: this delicious soup cost me $7.33 instead of $13 at a restaurant. Here’s what I did to it: added a whole additional can of light coconut milk instead of water. At the suggestion of another reviewer, I added lemongrass paste from a tube which I can buy at my local grocery store. And I squeezed in the juice of a quarter of a lime. Last, added sliced mushrooms and chopped shredded (matchstick) carrots. I could eat this soup every night for weeks if it wasn’t so expensive. As it is, it will be a special treat and that’s just fine. I already put in four more orders.

I live in a remote area and have no nearby Thai restaurant. This Tom Kha mix is a wonderful substitute for an order from any restaurant. It is wonderful!

As a big fan of Tom Kha soup I really wanted to like this. Besides taking a long time to prepare the taste is horrible! I will stick with Amys in a can
