Wish the bands were labeled with the weights. Two of the colors seem about the same (red and yellow). Apart from that, easy to use. Attachment to the door for working out is simple to install/uninstall. Seem like they will last a long time.

I have used these bands before, and I just really love them for working out the arms at home. Especially in the change up in the weight of each one and going all the way up to 50lbs. This set has really good quality rubber, very nice ends where they won't strip out, and the hand, Velcro and material is a very pro quality thick grade, where I was really surprised to see this. My old pair was only half as good as this one, and it lasted me little over three years where an end gave out. I can't think of any cons on this one, where I am very happy with the purchase.

Love that it's LATEX FREE. DEATHLY allergic to latex and wasn't easy to find what I needed. Have not been able to use yet and this is the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating.

I love these bands. They are easy to use and seem very durable. I have arthritis so I bought the bands with less resistance. The easiest one was too easy for me but it is simple to switch between bands or use two bands for greater resistance. I love how they fit into the storage bag and how convenient they will be to take with me when I travel.

Haven't had the opportunity to really work them, but general testing shows this item meets my expectations so far. Durability has yet to be determined but stretch and work out has been effective.

Only using a single band seems ok but after combining only three bands one of the handles broke through the stitching. Reached out to the company and got no response. Restitched handke so will see if it lasts now...*****updated from 3 to 5 stars based on customer service ******after posting initial review seller reached out and offered a refund. The other strap has continued to hold up so I may have just received a defective handle.

The black color is supposed to be the most durable. But it broke on me after a month. Admittedly, I had it wrapped around a concrete bench support on the boardwalk and I probably put more pressure that it can hold. I would only recommend buying this if your workouts are very light and not so intense or if you want to just warm up a bit. Great if you are sunbathing at the beach and want to do a little stretching near the ocean!!

I’m 6’3, and I felt the range of motion for me sucked. I guess I was too tall. However they are very durable. The straps are nice and I use the door anchor with these and other bands

Started using on June 1st. Works fine so far. I put three bands together and it sure gives a challenge. I have only used it so far for my arms. When I get more comfortable I intend to increase the weight.

Terrible product, first time I used it the black one broke after 15 minutes.
