I was looking at buying in bulk online due to me not wanting to have to regularly to buy bread with all the Covid queuing and the supermakets just didn't seem to have strong flourI was initialy concerned that this wouldn't be suitable for bread as it wasn't stated in the description anywhere. I actually looked at the product on their website and it had the protein range, from that I could ascertain this was strong bread flour.It certainly is a very good-grade flour. I actually bought 20kg of white flour and I mix the wholemeal (2/3) and white (1/3) which I always think is good mix for what I like.Delivery was quick, no tears in the bag, it makes excellent bread. I tend to mix 1.8kg flour to yield 3kg of dough. i can comfortable fit three in my oven, then one goes to the neighbours. Highly recommended

So far I have baked crackers, ginger nuts, oatmeal biscuits and digestive biscuits, and they have all been very tasty. Buying this size is convenient and cost effective. I will be buying again once I run out.

We use this flour to make wholemeal chapatis which are high in fibre and more filling then white flour chapatis. The texture of wholemeal is better than white flour.

Dose what it is being used for ie bread

It makes great bread in the breadmaker.

Great for making bread flavour just like bread should be,packaging strong no leakage and great value for money a whole 16kg bag will last me nearly a year making 1 loaf a week. Delivery very quick recommend.
