Really great product if you want to cleanse your body and drastically reduce your caffeine consumption. You won’t need caffeine while using the product. Taste is surly is something most people miss, but health benefits outweigh that. I use both 14 & 21 days detoxes at least once per year. Most of the time back to back: starting with 14 days, then adding 21 days. The skin appearance improves noticeably and the body fees really great. But you need to stick to the program to start feeling & seeing the results. Word of advice: mix powder with hot water.

Purchased to help with autoimmune issues. Doesn’t taste the best but I did feel better after completing. Recommend by chiropractor to help with digestive issues and sluggish liver.

I love this cleanse! I purchased one from my dr. And just repurchased. It’s the easiest cleanse to do with the best taste. My digestion is so bad and most cleanses make me bloated and feel really full and sick. This one tastes great and sits really nice and the pills and enzymes work amazing. Never any bloating or discomfort. I highly recommend and will be doing this cleanse 4x per year! I mix it with plain water and some ice cubes and it mixes great!

I'm very happy with this cleanse. The shakes with the supplements are very satisfying. I have felt my appetite and cravings reined while using this cleanse. I only experiences some headaches on the second day, but after that I've had a pleasant experience. I have also felt my mood improve over the last 11 days doing this cleanse. Looking forward to completing the remainder of this cleanse and taking away some healthy eating habits.

I am tough when taking protein shakes any kind of flavors. I can suck it up and drink it like a champ. But this cleanser tastes DISGUSTING. I cannot get passed the taste. I threw up with the first dose. I hate I bought the 20 day cleanse and I can’t return it. That is $270 down the drain. Arrggg.

I have been using this product quarterly, for 5 years. It's like a jump start into each season - and the bonus is that I drop 6-12 lbs each time I use it. Great maintenance.

Did the 21 day cleanse. Lost 17lbs and was never hungry. I will definitely be doing this again for maintenance in a couple months when I can afford to. Had headaches the first couple days but I may have been my caffeine or sugar withdrawal
