These folders are AMAZING...
Would you like to make an impression at your next presentation? Trust me, your subjects will be impressed when you start passing out these eye catching folders to them. These are the nicest folders I ever had and to give them away for job interviews was heartbreaking. But the expression on the face was priceless... And yes I got the job! These folders are stylish, unique, beautifully made, and with the bright gold color - they stand out.I love these and definitely buying more…

nicer than the photo suggests
This isn't your run-of-the-mill report cover. I was surprised at how strong and elegant these looked when they arrived... so much nicer than I expected! 'Executive Style' is aptly named. They look like a bland brown on the product page, but in person, they appear shinier with a very high-end quality look and texture. The added black on the paper holder, and on the inside, is a lovely color combination with the bronze.I don't think this is something I would buy a student for a standard book report or research paper. Maybe for a final project-- or something special. This is what the boss walks in with to run a meeting. A classy boss. ;)I tested out different amounts of paper to see what it would hold. A few papers held fine, but I could still pull them out of the grip without too much effort. When I put 15-20 sheets in, they were in an unmovable vice. It holds 25-35 sheets of paper comfortably strong. I got away with 40. Once I put in 50, I could see things began to warp and stretch. After all that experimenting, the vice-like strength wore down and the stack of 20 could also be pulled out with a tug. So this thing is pretty, but it's still mortal. Don't manhandle it and don't overstuff it... and it'll stay pretty and functional forever. That said, I think a label on the front would lessen the "Executive" style of it all. Add a cover page on the inside and you're good.

Needs a particular tweak
I love these report covers, though they're not the thriftiest I could get. But they need one particular change in design. There's no way you can put a label on the exterior. You can have a whole shelf full of these lovely covers, and not have the slightest idea what's inside them. The most practical way to handle this is to have the front cover be transparent. Or perhaps a label-sized area could be smooth rather than textured, to allow a title to be glued on. The very thing that makes these covers stand out, a textured surface, makes them impractical, unless you're going to use them for a small project. The package contains five. I do genealogy, so I can use four of these for each of the four branches of my family. In any event, these are fancy report covers that are pretty, so I'd recommend them for a home office.

Not as classy as they sounded.
These are nice report covers and they will keep your papers neat and contained, but honestly, they look a little cheap. I'll use them for my personal papers, but I wouldn't choose these for anything I had to give to someone else. They'll last in a drawer or on a shelf, but I wouldn't use these for items that you're going to be using day in and day out. They're a good value for the money but I expected them to be a little more impressive.

Business with a touch of class
These are are exactly what you need when you mean business. I ordered these folders for my upcoming wedding to make sure that my bridesmaids all had access to their own itinerary and expectations. The exterior is really sturdy. Sturdy enough to take notes if need be without needing a flat surface nearby. These have a really gorgeous, metallic, gold cover while the inside is black. I like how easily the black latch slides out so I can quickly change out papers if I need to. This is just what I wanted to present my papers/necessary information to others. I'm also thrilled that they will last for projects in the future.

These report covers are eye-catching and sturdy.
The C-Line Report Covers (the dimensions are 9 x 11.5 x 0.2 inches) are a thing of beauty. There is a sliding plastic clip that you swing open to insert your documents and slide down to keep the contents in place. The inside is black, and the outside, which is textured, is a luxurious-looking bronze color. To label the contents, you will need to find stickers that adhere to this surface. The covers are made of "rigid polypropylene material," and should hold up for quite a while. You may use them for presentations at work or at school, or at home for storing such items as photographs or recipes.

Very nice report covers
These are sharp looking, high quality report covers. They are a beautiful copper color with just enough shimmer to be eye-catching, but not cheesy. To secure paper, the black paper clip swings out, then there is a flap cut-out to slip the paper under, so when you swing the clip back, it slides neatly and easily over the paper. There's no need to ruin the paper with holes or staples.
