High Daily Dose Concerns
The pills are a good size but having done some research this morning I'm not sure this is the right dose for a daily tablet. The suggested strength of vitamin D for most people is a daily supplement providing 10mcg (400IU). Taken from the British Heart Foundation website. Too much vitamin D can cause build up of calcium in the blood. These supplements are at the top end of the recommendations and feels unnecessary taking much more than the recommendation. I've ordered some 1,000 IU pills elsewhere

Je trouve que cette vitamine D3 de WeightWorld est pratique, avec 400 comprimés dans le flacon, ce qui permet d’en avoir pour longtemps. Le dosage de 4000 UI est assez élevé, donc je pense qu’il faut faire attention à la quantité prise au quotidien et éviter de la prendre sur une longue période sans avis médical. Le format est économique et facile à intégrer dans sa routine, mais il vaut mieux vérifier ses besoins en vitamine D avant de commencer.
