I think it’s okay, recently saw some information about not taking too much melatonin. Not sure. I don’t feel groggy in the morning. Still recommend getting outside as much as possible to produce your own bodies production of melatonin

I was born with insomnia. And I’ve had trouble sleeping for almost 77 years now.🤷🏻♀️ With my prescribed medication I get a good nights sleep if I do not take that it’s not so much
