No this is not a blue gel for tires. It can be used as tire dressing but since Xtreme Dress-It is a water-based, I would recommend it for interiors. It can be used for exteriors and tires but it is a bit tricky to apply. If you want a good tire dressing (blue dressing), you will have to choose: Auto Magic Cool Blue.
