Fantastic call quality
When it comes to small electronics, I've learned a few things. When you buy an inkjet printer, get an HP. And when you buy a phone, get a Panasonic. I've tried Uniden, VTECH, GE, etc., and the Panasonic ones beat them hands down.I primarily needed a phone with two lines, the Bluetooth/ cell phone thing was an added bonus. It works well. Pairing, transferring the phone book, etc. all went flawlessly. I really like the shortcut way of entering settings. Simply hit #XXX and change the setting, no endless scrolling through menus. The base is very nice, it doesn't wobble and feels substantial. The LCD screen is huge compared to the usual miserly displays. I like the ability to plug a headset into the base as well, very useful for conference calls. The button layout on the handset is fine, the only exception the location of the redial button. It comes with a belt clip and also has a jack for a headset. And now for the really important part: Voice quality. It's fantastic. No noise, interference, crackling, or driving-through-tunnel-can-only-hear-every-other-word effect. Other phones with DECT6.0 or 1.21Gigawatt communication never seemed to deliver on that claim. The only feature I miss is a 'do not disturb" button. You can silence the ringer when a call comes in, and you can set a "quiet" time to prevent the phone from ringing between midnight and 6am, but there is no button to proactively turn off the ringer. That would have been a nice feature. Nevertheless, 5 stars for call quality, features and overall usability.

Great two line phone with Link To Cell technology
I bought this as a replacement for a Panasonic 2 line corded business phone I've had for a couple of years. Although I don't really need the wireless handset for my particular needs, it's a nice option to have. The link to cell technology is great as is the option to use either a corded OR bluetooth headset with this unit. The buttons are all high quality and feel great when pressed, and the screen is big and clear. The only gripe I have is that it takes a lot of fiddling to mute all of the ringers if you don't need both the base unit and the cordless handset to ring. You have to go through the setup menu on the base and handset separately to configure them, and there is a separate setting for each input (Line 1, line 2, cellphone 1, cellphone 2, etc.) I guess the granular controls could be considered a good feature if one needed to customize the ring options but I found it overkill and a little annoying. All in all, I recommend this unit if you are looking for a quality desk phone with the options it has.

Great machine.
I returned a different Panasonic machine so I could buy this one. I like this answering machine a lot. The bluetooth feature allowed me to transfer my entire contact list from the cell phone to the base. They can then go right to the handset. When I get a message on the base it calls my cell phone to alert me. (naturally within the range which is pretty far). Everything is laid out so nice on this machine. The large soft touch keys are a dream for dialing. The menu is intuitive and the tilting display really is a nice feature. The white back-light on both displays is effective. The handset is typical Panasonic. Feels good in your hand and has good voice quality and range. The two things I'm not crazy about are far from deal breakers. It looks a little clumsy with the angled base and large display. Not a sleek look. Flip side is it's great for function. The second issue is numbers/letters are Jumbo. Someone might think they would look more streamline if they were smaller. Again the flip side is better visibility. My opinion is that Panasonic really hit the mark with this product. I highly recommend it!!

The package came quickly and everything was in great shape. It is very easy to set up ...
I bought this to be able to dial quickly from my cell in a work from home environment. I do not have a landline. The package came quickly and everything was in great shape. It is very easy to set up and program and syncs with your cell easily. One thing that I wish I would have considered or read, while I was researching, is that you cannot sync your cell, the Panasonic KX-TG9541B, and a blue tooth headset together at the same time. I bought the newest plantronics voyager legend Bluetooth headset ,with this purchase, to complete the mini home dial center set up, but was dissapointed to learn that all three cannot sync together. You can sync a Bluetooth headset to the Panasonic KX-TG9541B, but you can only use it when answering calls from a landline. I guess I will have to order a good old fashioned corded head set.

speaker phone on desktop is unusable.
Every call I tried to make w/ the desktop speakerphone ended w/ the person on the other end complaining that they could not hear me. I have the desk unit in a quite room w/ no back ground noise. I can't believe how poorly it works. I ended up getting a cheap headset and an extension cable (2.5mm jacks!) and use that (plugged into the base unit) instead. W/ the headset I purchased, it works fine, but don't expect to use the desktop speakerphone. The included extension handset works fine. OH ! take a look what the extra handsets cost though ! you will be very surprised at the cost ( you must be sure you are getting the correct handset that matches the base !).Overall, if you don't mind the base speakerphone problem, the phone has tons of features and very nice. I just can't get over the base speakerphone issue because it was something I planned on using, instead of this headset I had to buy and connect.
