Vitamin B3 Nicotinamide with Trans-Resveratrol & Tri-Methyl Glycine (TMG) - High Strength no Flush Niacin - Supporting The Normal Function of The Nervous System & Metabolism

This is a great item that I have as part of my longevity routine. Whilst I take other supplements like NAD boosters and Trans-Resveratrol, this gives me a bit of an extra top-up and importantly provides Tri-Methyl Glycine which is important in order to process the Nicotinamide - if you dont have this then research indicates that you can feel a bit depressed as you wont be able to effectively produce Dopamine and Serotonin. So this package / collection of supplements works really well for me. Whilst there have been supply issues recently, when I spoke with the owner to complain he was very open about there issues, and gave me useful information to full fill my order. I couldnt recommend this company and product enough.

I have been involved in the health food business for many years. It is a fascinating side business and I have learned so much about the effectiveness of products via trail and error. This product offers B3 and is used by the body to convert energy from food. Many times if you lack energy, B3 supplementation may help. It can also enhance the mood and will help with depression. It is water-soluble, so if you are depleted of B3, you may need to stage he dose throughout the day. We take a strong multivitamin in the morning and take B3 in the late afternoon. There is much evidence that B3 will help with certain types of skin cancer, it will help the kidneys, helps type 1 diabetes and helps mood. This product also combines Reservatol and TMG. I have to caution anyone taking TMG who has high cholesterol, as this can increase cholesterol in the body. So beware that TMG can have a negative effect on the body.This is a good product for mood enhancement. There is little positive evidence for TMG and Reservatol is great for the heart and will help lower the cholesterol effects of TMG. This is a good product and I am happy to recommend it.

This product has changed everything. I take one a day and its lifted my mood, helped me focus and with no side effects. It eased my depression and even calmed my mind. I feel like a new person. No niacin flush and my skin is less reddened. I would never have thought niacin deficiency would effect my life so much. A great miracle tablet.

Within a few days of taking these, the redness on my face subsided. In addition the under skin inflammation and bumps began to recede. Definitely a very positive effect and very pleased with the result. After a couple of weeks a profound difference to my confidence and hugely reduced makeup required which is an added bonus. Highly recommended but make sure to read the contra-indications for other medications.

Great to see this B3 is combined with Trans resverotrol and TMG, making it a good all-in one.However, becoming more conscience and aware of trying to keep things clean in both health, food and fitness, I was disappointed to see that one of the ingredients is maltodextrin, known as one of the worst culprits for spiking insulin (worse than sugar).It's sad to see that a lot of industries in food and supplements use meltodextrin as a filler, when it is so unnecessary. This will sadly put me off buying again.It maybe classed as non sugar (0 carb). But it's effect on the body, to me and those looking to keep clean (especially those with insulin sensitivity) is a big no noSorry guys, but you almost got a winner with this good product

Niacinamide is required for the proper function of fats & sugars in the body & to maintain healthy cells.I did a bit of research and apparently it’s good for people who suffer from osteoarthritis, which unfortunately causes me a lot of pain so this was my main reason for trying this supplement.Trans-Resveratro is found in Japanese knotweed but also red grape skin and has anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and cancer-fighting properties.After reading up about Tri-Methyl Glycine I’m still a little confused about what it’s benefits are!The capsules themselves are rather large, about the same length as a 20p, have very little taste but you need to take 2 a day, one is bad enough because I already take 5 other supplements and I’m beginning to dread them because they’re all so big.I’ll bide my time and see if the help with my osteoarthritis pain, any other benefits will be a bonus but that was the most important for me.The price ok for a months supply but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired, it’s too slim, falls over easily and the lid doesn’t seem airtight.Hope you found my review helpful
