After using a cheap vest for my dog a couple of times, I decided to give this one a try. Because my smallish 14.5 lb. dog fit at the end of measurements for XS and the start for S, I asked the vendor which size they suggested, before purchasing, and that was a Small. It arrived quickly and is overall a marvelous vest...well made, sturdy, easy to adjust. But, as I suspected, it is too bulky on my dog, even adjusted as small as it goes - and then some, needing to shorten the neck Velcro beyond the max (see photo) - which is the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating. He is wearing it correctly, but even with the neck adjustment at the smallest limit, he would pee all over the tummy belt. It is closer than the photo depicts. There is more then plenty of length behind his front legs to where the strap hits his belly, so I will reorder a size smaller (XS) and hope that even at the maximum of sizing allowed, it will fit much more comfortably than the Small. I really want to make this vest work for him; it is a nice vest overall!

This service dog vest has a big difference with any other vest on Amazon. Very sturdy, soft mesh padding, comfortable handle. Easy to put it on and take it off. It does not slide on the side like some other vest harnesses on Amazon. Very satisfied with the purchase and I will buy it again.

I've been searching for the right harness for my Mobility Assist Dog. After six years and continued training she's suddenly decided it's fun to take her vest off. I don't mind this in 75% of situations, it's the other 25% that make me want to beat my head on a wall. This vest is escape proof. It's also comfortable, durable, easy to clean, and attractive. She seems to like it, she hasn't even attempted to take it off, which is a big plus.It also works beautifully for pulling my chair putting the weight on her shoulders and chest where it should be. The extra plastic loops on the side are handy for hanging her tags and such. I appreciate the steel D-ring whereas so many companies are switching to plastic. Add to all that its reflective surfaces and you have an all around high quality vest at a price that can't be beat.

Really a very nice product.Manufacturer is off with sizing recommendations though. Using their sizing my 35 pound Labradoodle should wear a small perfectly. He actually and definitely needs a medium.Glad I only ordered the one to verify their accuracy, it was wrong as usual.

I love this harness! it is well made and fits my dog perfectly. I contacted the seller prior to purchasing with a question on sizing, and the recommendation was right on. I have a greyhound. The last service vest/harness I had (a nice quality one which fit) looked great, however chaffed my dog's underarm. I even got a faux seatbelt cover and it still chaffed. This vest fits perfect and looks great. I am very pleased.

Wish I had found this harness sooner. This is the 3rd one I have ordered. The other ones are relatively inexpensive & not worth sending back, will donate instead. Not overwhelmingly heavy for my small dog. Uses both Velcro & locking Clasps. Back section for around chest hits behind her chest & no possibility of rubbing under front leg arms. She is NOT backing out of this one even with only one strap point in the back. Only other harness that can claim that has two strap points along the back & looks more like a modified coat, than a harness.

This harness fit great! It's made from sturdy material and so easy to get on my dog once I adjusted it. Once you fix the neck part you don't need to asjust it again. I slip it over his head, velcro the waste and snap! Its also got padding throughout so it's more comfortable for him. Gives him a little cushion. The package was delivered on time with no damage. I've ordered 2 so far. They are definitely worth it.

Quality of the item is excellent. The harness is a bit heavy, however very durable, forever construction. Reading the description and measuring for my pet, I thought I was ordering the correct size per details and Albcorp instruction. Unfortunately, the smallest size I could order for my dog was xs (extra small). The length of the harness seems to be ok, girth not terribly bad however; the part that fastens around the neck and chest is too large. I wish it could be exchanged for the same in xxs ( extra, extra, small ). My emotional support dog is 7.8 lbs, and a regular size chihuahua. I bought this harness mostly for the flexibility of having both the emotional support and service dog labels. Like itvery much just wish the fit was better.
