I'm addicted to this drink because of the vitamin B12 and the biotin I exercise regularly and I did not want to drink other energy drinks that cause my heart to beat too fast This has the right amount of carbon feeling to it and refreshing the taste is great I find myself drinking more than one but because of the caffeine content two would be good for me or one gives you that extra boost and refreshes you I drink this also when I had a long drive and needed to be awake My favorite part is that it doesn't make my heart beat too fast like other drinks I tried to stay away from too much taurine or those other energy drinks that are not healthy so far I like the taste of this It is also like a soda-like feel to it but not soda healthier I just have to drink one or two and not more than that because of my health and my caffeine intake I am conscious about how much caffeine I have and you can consult your doctor about that it's a preference but peach is my favorite and then the other one is the vibe I get this cheaper here on Amazon when I used to go to get it at the convenience store after my workout it refresh me but it was getting too pricey a lot of my friends are addicted to this too I have not tried the powder form but I put this in the refrigerator chill it and when I need to pick me up or something refreshing and not feel guilty I have this I make sure I watch what I eat and it's in my gym bag as well It is so refreshing I stay away from the other energy drinks back then because it made my heart beat too fast and I was reading a lot of articles about energy drinks being harmful not all of them are great so with this so far I like the peach vibe I've been drinking this for about 3 months and I like it try not to get too addicted to it to though because it does have caffeine equivalent to about 2 cups of coffee and our caffeine allowance for my age and wait is about 200 mg This has about 200 mg for two of the cans

I’m not an energy drink kinda gal. I love caffeine, but hate the crash I get with other energy drinks. This was the first one that gave me mental focus and alertness without any sort of crash from sugar or caffeine. Plus the peach flavor is SO GOOD!!! Reminds me of the Clearly Canadian Peach flavor. I don’t normally like sucralose, but the weird chemical/fake sugar taste is hidden.Here’s the issue: after just 2 days of having one mid-day, I started getting massive muscle cramps. I’ll admit I’m not the best at staying hydrated, but this drink DEPLETED my electrolytes so fast! Use caution and make sure to drink a full water bottle with every Celsius.
