This supplement is a fantastic all-in-one for bone and overall health! The combination of vitamims are well-balanced and supports strong bones and better absorption. Great product with critical other ingredients
Initially took these to see if it would help with aching muscles, being a Vegan I thought I might be low, within days completely gone and never came back. Tried reducing when I got older but felt the stiffness in my muscles within days.

Two pills per serving
These pills are large, approx. 22 x 11 x 3 mm but I found them quite easy to swallow and they are easy to break in half if need to. The daily recommended dose is 2 pills, not 1 as I had first thought. But to be fair it does say 2 pills per serving somewhere on the site, but it is not obvious.

Worth the money
I know many say not to supplement calcium but as these have many extras that all work in harmony,I went for it. I only take one tablet or day half a tablet at a time to make sure both magnesium and calcium are absorbed. On the days I had free eaten a lot of high calcium foods I don't bother using these at all.

The site you need to find out about the quality of these and other supplements and what they are best used for is consumerlab.com. The site is independent and accurate but not free. It lists all the relevant research trials and even comments on the quality of trials for example warning of poor trials that are were conducted by the company that makes the product. I signed up and plan to cancel after a month. Gold standard trials are independently funded double blind trials in humans. The other good, but slightly less reliable, source is doctors and biomedical researchers on YouTube which is free of course.

Trying as a night worker.
Trying to help with night worker recovery, haven't got a clue if they are helping but I don't feel any worse so...Just keep taking the horse tablets.

Good value for a big pot full of calcium/magnesium caplets
Good value, for a whopping big pot of cal/mag mineral supplements keep you going for ages even if you have increased calcium and magnesium requirements
