The box contains 12 dinosaur eggs and little plastic scrapers and brush. You dont know what dinosaur you will find until you dig up the egg. There are 12 different hidden dinosaurs. You can then match the dinosaurs to the information cards that are included in the box. It's a fun educational activity. My son loves dinosaurs so this was perfect for him! But it isn't just for dinosaur lovers, kids love digging up and with 12 eggs it can be a fun activity for the whole family. We let my son dig up 2 eggs, these can be done dry or soaked in water for 15 mins. My son used his workbench tools instead of the scrapers included to uncover the dinosaur. He was at it for over an hour which is fantastic! Cleaning up after was very easy, I would recommend using a plastic sheet and I wouldn't do this activity in a carpeted area. This kept my 4 year old and 7 year old busy for nearly 2 hours. I was really impressed that they didn't just crumble straight away and it took a bit of work to chisel the dinosaurs out. In the end my children had try hammers, spoons and all sorts to break up the eggs.The dinosaurs inside are small but they enjoyed matching them to the correct card and learning the names. Definitely worth the money!

These eggs were good fun for the children to excavate. The dinosaurs inside were very basic and lots of duplicates so better for lots of children rather than for 1 child.

Bought this for my dinosaur mad three and a half year old to do supervised. The set comes with little chisels and with some help he was able to chip away at the eggs, (although you can also put them in water to soften which is probably better for young ones). The dinos inside are tiny but they match up to cards and a reference sheet. It’s very messy so you’ll want to be careful where you do this! Inside a tough tray or similar would be good. We did ours on an edged lap tray and it wasn’t easy to clean afterwards! But it’s brilliant.

It is fun and very messy to do, however this activity ends within minutes and it is not worth the price paid.

Kept my little one occupied for days! Not difficult to do but definitely worth it as it keeps little ones (and big ones) going for hours

My dinosaur obsessed son loved these, he loved the dig for thing type toys and dinosaurs, he loved that it came with little cards for us to read about the dinosaur, very messy activity but easy to clean also, kept him busy for around an hour for 2 eggs he didn't do them all in one go but loved it and then washing the dinosaurs after to find what colour they actually were made it even more fun

My daughter has a obsessed with dinosaurs so this was great fun. Sitting out digging the dinosaurs out was great fun and took ages.,the cards were good as gave information of each dinosaur, however some had the wrong names printed on them, but the descriptions were correct. Therefore it gets marked down a star for this

I bought this product as a gift for a 5 year old. The report back was that the child enjoyed it very much and had fun with it. I am glad I bought this product and it was a hit with the child. It’s aways a good thing when you make a kid smile with a gift they enjoy. The only thing is that it can only be used once, once it’s been used that’s it, they keep the little dinosaurs they find. It’s a one time use toy for a couple of hours. Great for dinosaur lovers!

Gioco molto bello per intrattenere i bambini per diverso tempo! Se si lasciano a bagno le uova per il tempo giusto sono semplici da rompere anche per un bambino di 3 anni.. sporca un pochino ma il divertimento sta anche in quello!

Cadeau offert pour les 6 ans de mon petit-fils , la joie a été totale !!! Il a tout de suite voulu découvrir ce qu'il y avait dans les oeufs.....Il a pris du temps et au fur et à mesure qu'il creusait, il imaginait, argumentait. Insatiable, sa maman l'a autorisé à en faire 6 ! (moi, j'avais préconisé 2 pour que ça dure plus longtemps !) mais c'était son anniversaire !! Bref, je suis une mamy conquise ! J'ai su trouver LE cadeau exceptionnel ! Je recommande vivement cet achat !
