Excellent for bacteria and mold. Only a slight ammonia smell, dissipates rather quickly. Might be ok for people with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity.

Moved from Texas to Oregon & I had never experienced this much moisture in the air before. Saw mold growing on the wall, I spray this and left on for an hour. Wall was cleaned & repeated the process a second time. I was scared I’d get mold again, so I soak a paper towel and pinned it to the wall with this for a few hours. This worked wonderfully, it’s been months now and you can’t even tell. I did buy a dehumidifier on top on using this product, but the mold killer worked!

I bought it for mold & it work better than others used. I have used it on everything but leather & it worked well. On walls just spray & wipe. Bathrooms... no problem with it at all. Price is a bit out of line here. Drug stores sell this.

This product was recommended to me by a cleaner friend so I tried it out for my pet stains and wasn't super impressed. Doesn't address the odor and I prefer another product for stain removal. Not horrible, just not my favorite.

Used on all garden tools and countertops. Doesn't smell like chemicals, and it doesn't irritate the skin. Sprayed it on topsoil to kill mildew - gone the next day.
