Fairly pleased with this frame. Came packaged very well and protected. Glass isn't non reflective so was disappointed at that but where it's placed luckily doesn't cause too much reflection. Would purchase again from this supplier.

Nice frame but the mount sizing is slightly out so wider than my 16x12 print. Had to add some card behind to cover the gaps.

I bought a 14x11 frame with an A4 mount. The mount didn't fit A4, so I contacted the vendor and they sent me a resized one straight away, arrived in one day. The frame and mount look fantastic.

Good quality frame, so much better than the cheaper ones I found in town when originally trying to source. Real glass not perspex, the stand fits flush from the frame, lots of locking pins and a great mount ideal for a A4 image. Like that it isn’t as huge as a A3.

I've bought a number of frames from this company, all of which have been of good quality and matching the description exactly. My last purchase arrived promptly like the others but was missing the mount. I emailed the company and received a reply almost immediately. They could not have been more helpful, checking my requirements and sending on a mount quickly. I can't recommend the Frame Company highly enough.

Nice frame. As advertised. However, the back board is broken- see pictures-, and the amount of (clearly ineffective!) packaging used was quite wasteful. It arrived in a box approximately twice as big as needed, and was wrapped in an excessive amount of bubble wrap, but clearly has been stored/made poorly.

This is a really good quality frame for the money. I was surprised. Nice that it also has real glass as so many cheap frames have horrible clear plastic these days.Also, the card insert is quality too.Delighted. Will definitely repurchase.
