No it doesn’t. Just absorbs like a normal gel

No, I'd advise using a tooth brush to gently brush it on to the gums, there's been no staining, it has helped and I still have some left.

Yes ,really good best I have tried, I had really bad gum disease and abscess etc also used gingigel to help repair gums x
