I'm amazed how such a fabric can really help ease of the stress of an injury I have at side of my elbow due to a work injury, it fits well, slightly tight for added resistance when bending and using my left arm. I was worried I ordered the size to small, but it fits comfortably well, I ordered M as I have skinny arms but quite my muscular having wide forearms. Great value for money, does the job , much recommended.

This is an excellent product, I suffer with bicep tendinopathy and this provides excellent support for me exercises. It came well packaged and a lovely message inside!

Good quality support for the elbow, however, if you are looking to support Tennis Elbow/Golfers Elbow then you will need something with an adjustable strap to control the forearm muscles. These supports are great for all round support and warmth, they stay in place and are comfortable to wear.

Excellent customer service. I had a sizing issue and it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Well made and good quality so feel like it will last. New size fits well and seems to be helping.

I bought this because of tennis elbow and other people were right it does the job. It provides a lot of support around the arm and helped my recovery. The only problem I had was the size I bought the M but it was way too small but I contacted the company and they couldn't have been more helpful and sent me the next size up almost the next day. There's a leaflet in the bag which mentions to contact them if anyone has problems and they will try and help and they did. It's so refreshing when you get a company that actually has proper customer support (no premium rate phone number, no waiting in a queue, no person at the end who couldn't give a monkey) - well done Rymora.

These supports are really well made and comfortable. It is important to measure well and refer to their size chart. I did and ordered a medium, but to be fair was on the end of the range these should fit. It was a bit snug! Contacted company querying how the fit should feel and they immediately suggested a larger size, they told be to reorder and then confirm to them what size fitted best and they would refund the less suitable. I did this and within 24 hours had the new size and full refund. Was told to keep the original order. You can’t argue with service like that. While the product in itself is good enough, unfortunately it, or any similar support sleeve, is not going to make a great difference to the pain I have in my left biceps tendon (caused by a weight-lifting injury) when curling reasonable weights, especially preacher bench. While it gives a little relief from the warmth in the area if put on half-an-hour or so before a workout, the only real solution to my problem is going to be a lay-off for a couple of months from biceps curls, something I am reluctant to do at the moment as, despite the pain, I'm experiencing a period of making good gains.

Provides support which helps to ease movement. Flexible enough to allow arm to bend when needed. Important to follow guidelines when determining correct fit.

My size was a large according to the charts. I elected the medium because I wanted tighter compression. It was snug but gave me the comfort and support I needed until my strain healed.

肘抜けをしてしまいまして、片手で物をつまむように持ち上げたりするときにかなり支障が出てしまい、こちらの製品を購入して使用しましたところ、かなり楽になりました。ただ、重い物をつまむように持ち上げる動作をするとだめです。日常の動作の補助的な役目をしてくれます。購入当初は締め付けが強く感じましたが、何度か使用するうちに丁度良い締め付け具合になりました。最初だけ少し我慢して使いました。

Nice sturdy sleeve, so far so good

いわゆるテニス肘の痛みが続くので肘周りの寸法をしっかりと計測して購入しました。 サイズはぴったりで、サポートもしっかりとしていて着用中は肘の痛みが緩和されます。 しかし、3時間ほど着用していると痛みを感じ始めしたので長時間の着用には向いていないと思います。

I ordered a Medium using the sizing guide. The item is received is a medium but its very tight fitting. It is difficult to put on. I reached out to the company support using the provided support email and they replied within 5 minutes. Jenny offered to send me a larger model, size Large, and told me not to worry about sending back the Medium size. Awesome. Thanks so much Jenny!
