I use these to clean rust from antique firearms.Bronze wool along with gun oil will not harm the bluing as long as you don’t go at it like an ape.

Works well, mice do not try to pick with it and are force to find another route. I suggest anyone who has a rodent problem to buy these and stuff them in cracks and/or opening around the home.

Pay attention to the details... these are very small pads. All 6 pads combined are 3.2 ounces. The 6 pads together make up what I would have expected to be one pad.

Works great. Must use in a shop or outdoors because little tiny pieces break off when you use it, not like steel wool. Indoor garages or workshops you like to keep clean are not suitable as this is kind of messy. Works great to take rusty blotches off of classic firearms without scratching up or even losing the bluing on the finish.

This is one of the best materials to use to clean vintage machinery;never use steel wool.

This is one of those MUST HAVE items when refinishing fine furniture and gun stocks.

Does not scratch polished surfaces like steel wool does...
