I had an initial hiccup with my order- but reached out to the Seller and they fixed it right away. 5 out of 5 for customer service.As to the cookies, they're gorgeous as pictured, great soft texture, and loaded with flavor. I really really like that they're individually wrapped and can be frozen for extended longevity. I have yet to unthaw any and test post freezing, but Intend to at some point.

I have ordered these cookies before and they were amazing. This last order however all of the cookies (that are individually wrapped) were not properly sealed or popped open during delivery although the box looked to have no damage. This left the bottom of the box littered with sprinkles and most importantly the cookies were not fresh and soft like previous orders.

My son's school won't allow homemade treats right now due to Covid so I ordered the Birthday Sprinkle cookies-all individually wrapped. HOLY GUACAMOLE!!! I am a baker and pride myself on my skills so I was nervous. These cookies are DELICIOUS! They taste super fresh, not at all processed (which was my big fear!) Cannot recommend The Cravory enough-simply good stuff!

I ordered these for our daughter's birthday party but wanted to taste them before serving to guests. Our family did a taste test and loved them. First, they arrive in a beautiful gift box, individually wrapped which means they stay fresh once the box is opened. They'resoft-ish meaning not hard and somewhat chewy. They have very tiny chunks inside and taste like a vanilla birthday cake topped with tons of sprinkles.

PRICE IS RIDICULOUS FOR SIZE & TASTE OF COOKIE. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

yummy cookie, took me back to my childhood, very soft, shipped in great shape, not a broken cookie in the box. Just wish they were bigger.
