It's a stapler...
There's really not a lot to say about a stapler. This one is sturdy, does not require too much hand strength to operate, and staples a reasonable number of pages. It can't really handle anything more than 20 pages, but for home use, that's really all you need. So far, in the time that I've owned it, it has yet to jam or malfunction, so I pleased with it overall.

Low quality
Jams frequently, the staples come out wrong. Pointy ends pointing out rather than in, so staples can get caught on fabrics, other papers, or fingers. OUCH!

Durability and serviceability on this well made stapler
I bought two of these for the house, one for me and one for my spouse. The did not have staples, so I ordered a box of 5,000 swingline regular services. It took a full row with no problem and I immediately tested by stapling a stack of 30 pages or regular printer paper immediately. One by holding in hand and squeezing the stapler and one by laying on table an slowly pusing it down. Both test worked perfectly, Staple easily went through the large stack of paper with a good curl in the back and no bending on top. Highly recommend.

Didn't work out for me.
Came broken, returned it. If it can't withstand shipping, I'm not even going to put it through my usual stapling abuse.

Solidly built
I am very pleased with this stapler. It was cheaper than a plastic stapler at Wal-Mart, but much more durable. I expect to have this kicking around for decades until somebody steals it.UPDATE: I bought this several years ago, and it's still going strong! I noticed recently that I can staple many more pages together than other staplers can with the same grade of staples (Wal-Mart's cheapest). I'm guessing this must have to do with the tolerance of the slot that the staples fire out of.

Disappointed
Got an ugly pink one. I dont recommend this unless you dont care about what color you get.

Kindergarten approved
I've had this stapler about a year. Prior to that, I had gone through 6 staplers in my 1.5 year teaching career. This stapler has yet to jam or break. Kindergartners drop it weekly, and it is still working well. I've stapled packets of about 20 pages, and it does just fine. I'm much more satisfied with this than the several other, more expensive big name brand staplers I've used.

Nice product
It's a nice stapler. It's picky on how many staples you keep in it though. I can't use the last 4 staples in a clip so those end up wasted. However it does staple through about 15-20 pages.
