As you can see in the pictures I took, this isn't exactly like the ones in the pictures posted in the Amazon app or site. But the design isn't far from it. After looking at the product, it made sense with one remarks mentioning dial. This product really has a dial instead of an on and off button. And nope, it doesn't have a flashlight bulb at the end of the wand as you can see in the picture. It comes with a micro-USB to USB-A cord for charging but doesn't have a wall adapter. It has a light that lights red when charging and turns green once fully charged. Charging time will probably depend on the kind of wall charger you are using but first time charging is kind of longer. It took me 3-4 hours. The wand is lightweight and kind of easy keeping the wand on even distance to the surface when sanitizing. Now, unlike the non-portable UV sanitizers which also generate ozone and you can definitely smell the strong odor and know that it's working, this portable sanitizer generates no ozone at its wavelength and you can't tell easily if it's working. However, by accident, while going about it, I had the blue-violate light briefly illuminate a part of my forearm skin and it definitely felt like when you're going to have a sunburn. That's one thing you need to pay attention too when operating this apart from taking care not to get those UV light on your eyes. We got this wand primarily to easily and non-chemically sanitize the interior car surfaces and also the kids' backpacks when they come from school as well as the high touch stuffs like our smartphones and computer keyboards.

I like these UV wand lights a lot honestly I don’t know if they are helping but they make me feel better that I’m using them every time I’ve been groceries or items into the house now with this virus going around. This one’s bigger than the other one I have I have a smaller one which I’m keeping in the car and then I have this bigger one now which is a good size and to be able to really clear out large amounts at once I just Kaina lay out all my items and then wand them for the 10 seconds to sanitize them. This would be great for bathroom sanitizing to I may use it for that as well but right now I’ve just been doing it on boxes coming in and groceries.

I received one as a gift. I wave it over everything how how do you know? There are no indications that anything is happening.

I work for a law firm and we use the UV wand on occasion to scan over papers signed by individuals, and I have used it to scan over conference room tables and chairs before and after meetings.

Love the push on and off. Versatile flashlight and uv wand. Gives us peace of mind when eating out. Also we uv our cellphones and keys.

I tried creating my own petri dishes to check the efficiency of these units and they did not work. After this, I bought prepared petri dishes from Amazon and tried again. Three times and no reduction in bacterial growth. I had bought this for my elderly friends and am so disappointed. I contacted the company and have not received any answers back. Wish I could get a refund-instead of having 6 blue light lamps.

Purchased as gift...sister loved it. Easy to use and good value for money.
