Finally! A harness that has it all (and more)!
I have a ~63 lb Golden Retriever puppy who is still in training and likes to pull. We previously had been using the PetSafe EasyWalk (front clip) harness which helped to reduce our girl's pulling but never fit quite right. The front strap always seemed to hang too low (no matter how we adjusted the straps). We also were frustrated that if she really wanted to she could back out of the harness to get free. We searched all over for a harness that had more structure but that wasn't too bulky. We also really wanted the new harness to have front and back attachments AND to be reflective. We tried other harnesses but it wasn't until we found the PetSafe 3in1 harness that we fell in love. This harness has everything we wanted and more! It even comes with a seat belt leash attachment which keeps our girl safe and secure in the car. The plum is a beautiful purple color and the reflective stitching is bright as can be at night. Another thing that is really cool about this harness is that your dog doesn't have to step or slip into it. Our girl just had a surgery and is currently wearing the cone of shame but thanks to the three buckle attachments, this harness still goes on no problem. We love the versatility of this harness and that it has soft padding to keep our girl comfortable. We will most definitely be recommending this harness to our friends and family!

Good and bad
My year old hound mix is like a bullet when I let him out (on a 20 foot leash). I’ve always used nylon martingale collars but his sprinting always ends in an abrupt stop...which causes him to let out a guttural cough. Fearing he was gonna choke himself I took a chance with this product. I’ve used Pet Safe products before and have nothing but positive results. And this was no different. I found clipping the leash to the back ring only annoyed him (of course I was still working on sizing it properly so that could’ve been the issue). Clipped it to the front, no pull ring, and was pleasantly surprised. No more bullet out the door. He was actually controlled.Unfortunately on the third day, he decided he hated wearing a harness. So while I was in my basement getting in a workout (a whole hour and a half), he was upstairs getting in his own workout. He chewed through the entire chest strap making the harness completely useless. While he likes to chew his nylabones, he is otherwise not a chewer. So I was really surprised. I’m going to comtact customer service to see about a replacement. I will have to keep a better eye on him I guess and not leave it on all the time. Honestly I only had him wearing it so he’d get used to it, but I will be more cautious if I can replace it.Overall, it does what it says it does. My little puller stopped pulling for the 2.5 days I had the harness on him. But be forewarned if you have a chewer...it’s definitely not indestructible.UPDATE: Sorry it took me so long to update this. I contacted Pet Safe and they sent me a replacement at a reduced cost. I no longer keep the harness on him unattended so he hasn’t chewed this one!!! I have updated my rating from 3 stars to 4 because this product really does what it says and customer service was fantastic!!

I originally purchased PetSafe Easy Walk Harness
I originally purchased PetSafe Easy Walk Harness, but sizing didn't quite work out. I've learned that PetSafe harnesses run big, so I purchased the Medium of this 3-in-1 Harness. I have a 62lb Lab-Pit mix and he's generally considered to be a "large" dog, but the medium harness was still too big for him. I have never considered a 62lb dog to be a small dog, but I exchanged it for a small. When I saw the picture on the packaging of the small size harness being a French Bulldog, I was very skeptical of this harness fitting my dog, but it fit perfectly with some room to adjust the straps. My dog is a little over a year old and pulls a ton especially when he sees squirrels and bunnies. Even with this harness, he can still pull but it alleviates the force a little bit. It's a good harness to have him slow down, so I can correct his behavior, rather than having him pull and pull without any hesitation.I'd say though, that there are a few design flaws. The metal piece that connects the loop and the strap in the center of his chest should have been much smaller, or made circular so it doesn't stretch the strap farther than intended. When he pulls, the loop stretches farther and rubs against my dog's chest, so now he has two bald patches on his chest. I know that if I could get him to stop pulling so much, this problem would be avoided, but this is a problem people may run into while training the dog not to pull.Teal color is a really vibrant, pretty color. Slightly more green-ish blue than the way photo came out on my computer screen.

The best purchase I have ever made for walks with my pup!
This harness is literally the BEST purchase I have ever made for walks with my pup! She is a husky, and instinctively loves to pull while walking on a leash. She even pulled when using the pronged collars. Occasionally, this would cause her to yelp in pain because it would jab her, which left me feeling too terrible to continue use. We tried treats when she walked appropriately and everything, but it didnot seem to matter. This harness however worked literally the first time we ever used it. Hooking the leash in the front, rather than cause them pain, is just annoying for them; if she pulls to hard, the leash will pull her sideways. She looks at me in annoyance before slowing down to walk right next to me at a normal pace.It also has many adjustments for sizing, and the material on the underside is soft and padded so that it will not be irritating to the skin or fur. My dog is 51 lbs and she wears the medium. I have it tightened almost as far as is possible though, so for anything less than 50 lbs, you are probably better off getting a size small.I love that it still has a posterior loop and even comes with the appropriate attachment to use safely with a seatbelt in the car. I have not yet tried this, but I expect it will be sufficient if the rest of the product features have been anything to go by.Overall, of all the collars and harnesses I have tried, this is my favorite. I definitely recommend!

Excellent
My dog tolerates this harness much better than anything else I have tried. Easily washable and dry by morning. Great piece of kit. Made dog walking a lot easier.

Effective for a puller
Ordered size M for a 50-55lb dog with a deep chest. Design has a lot of adjustment points to dial in depending on the build of your dog. I actually prefer a lot of adjustment points, as other vest-type harnesses did not allow as much custom fit, and those other vest harnesses would cause severe chafing under my dog's "armpits" as a result. The way this 3-in-1 harness is designed, the dog's "left chest strap" has more room to tighten than the "right chest strap". In addition to the two girth buckles, there is a neck/chest buckle to allow the entire device to come unbuckled, so as not to have to place the dogs head through a loop... this is why there's less adjustment on the right side of the chest strap. The middle strap connecting chest strap to girth/belly strap also tightens "front to back" so this gives an extra adjustment to make the harness quite secure. Once the girth strap is tightened I found the neck/chest straps quickly reached the limit for tightening up, so there is more slack in that area than I would have preferred.Overall, I found the overall security and design of the front-clip very effective for turning my entire dog around when she wanted to pull ahead. I'm going to try next, connecting two leashes or a coupler to both front and back loops, for greater security during training as this rescue dog has a tendency to lunge suddenly at certain people without warning. So minus one star for limitations on the chest adjustment, but I would fully endorse this design as it has worked well for managing the pulling behaviour.

Fits BIG but good quality
Fits VERY big! Size down! I have a large breed dog with LOTS of fluff. Normally he wears between L - XXL things. I purchased the large just based on the weight requirements, but it was WAY too big for my boy. Definitely purchase a smaller size than what you think you need! There are lots of adjustment points so you can adjust it. Great, strong quality! Would definitely purchase again.
