Nice Rings to Fill the Gap
The standard 6" can light is anything but. The drywallers don't do a good job of making the hole the proper diameter. In my house, I replaced 2 dozen old-style can lights that had spotlights in them with modern LEDs. Unfortunately, the 6" LED didn't cover the hole fully so I needed these to fill the gap.As you can see, the sloppy holes are now trimmed and look like they were always meant to be this way.

Works as intended.
Really covers up bad cutouts around the lights. Purchased a home with gaps between the light and the wall, very ugly. This fixes that problem. 100% works.

Product didn’t match description
Product arrived quickly and thought it was exactly what I needed until I opened it and tried to use it. The package description said 8inch OD and 6.25 ID which is what I needed. However, the actual product in the package measured 8inch OD and 5.75inch ID which was to small an opening to fit a 6” LED snap in light. These dimensions made it not useable with out cutting and trimming the ring which defeats the purpose. All in all, the actual product didn’t match the description on the website and packaging.
