Bob's Red Mill Medium Grind Cornmeal, 24 Oz

Hard to find in local stores, excellent to eat plain or perfect in scratch cornbread.

It’s hard for me to find excellent quality, not overly processed cornmeal in my local grocery. This fits the bill for super-tasty and properly grown and processed cornmeal.

My local grocery store has been out, so the four pack has been helpful for stocking up. Flavorful, quality, a classic.

The courseness makes a robust cornbread. Very tasty! My go to cornmeal for my taste. Second time to purchase.

This is a great product. However this label covers up the ingredients. I know it’s probably just corn, but I have to have gluten-free and sometimes corn isn’t gluten-free. It would be nice to know. I couldn’t get the label to peel off so I have no idea. Hope it doesn’t upset my stomach!

We love using this brand of coarse ground cornmeal for homemade cornbread. It tastes so good and has the BEST texture. It takes a little longer to make as you need to soak the cornmeal for a while, but it is completely worth it! I know that those Jiffy Cornbread mixes are good, but if you really want to make a special cornbread, splurge on this.

Huge Bob's fan. Products are fresh and have real flavor compared to mass market products. Well worth the slightly higher prices.

Really like this product if you like country style cornbread with a bit of texture
