Berina (A23) Permanent Hair Color Dye Bright Red Color : 1 Box

Ive used a lot of different brands of hair color but this is one of my favorites. It's a nice thick color so it doesn't splatter and drip on application. The color takes quickly and rinses easily. Clean up was easy and staining on my skin was almost nonexistent. It is a red, and reds fade quickly, so bleeding during washing is normal. It doesn't leave color on my clothes since its permanent. The only thing I didnt like was the smell was super strong but it was gone after a good wash. I'll definitely be buying this brand again.

I love this product. The color is bold and gorgeous. So many compliments! It bleeds out on towels when u wash hair for a while. But a lot of reds do. Easy to use, nice thick formula.U will need to supply ur own gloves and plastic mixing bowl. I’ve had no fading. But then, I always use a red color depositing shampoo by, Keracolor, Clenditioner. As we have really hard water out here in Az and sun year round. I’ve used so many brands and shades from beauty supplies, drug stores and imports and I this one is tops!

Iv been dying my hair for years and this color and brand stays well I only take like warm showers to not strip the color but this one holds color well

I was using Artic fox red on bleached hair and it was pretty bright. I thought I would give this a try to see if it would last longer. Now my hair is more of a dark Merlot color because of this dye instead of vibrant red. It's not even close what what I was going for. Hopefully it'll fade well and I can get back to red. I guess this is a lesson learned....stick with a hair dresser and don't try new things without asking said hair dresser.

PRO: The color is gorgeous. Easy to apply and looks just like the box. The shade, low lights, and highlights were amazing. So pretty!CON: I have been dying my hair for years and have not ever had an allergic reaction to any brand, so I skipped the allergy test when trying this brand. BIG mistake. I broke out in hives that lasted for weeks. But that is MY fault, not the manufacturer. I just got complacent/lazy, which is exceptionally stupid because I have sensitive skin. *derp!*I wanted to give it 5 stars just because the color was gorgeous, but scored 4 stars because this, so far, is the only brand that ever caused me an allergic reaction. But if you pass an allergy test with this brand, you won't be sorry. The color was almost worth the itch.

I'm giving this product a three-star because I'm not sure if it was me the reason why the product didn't work or it was the product. I stripped my daughter's hair and frosted it as light as we could get it so when we put the red it would be very bright. To be fair my daughter's hair was dyed black before I frosted it. There was a lot of orange coloring. Her roots came out beautiful because it was Virgin Hair of course. I applied the red and where her Roots were it was the color shown on the box but the other part of her hair that was previously black and I frosted came out a coral color and after one washing was even lighter. She has a lot of hair so I purchased three boxes which was plenty but I thought I would get a better red due to the lightness that I got her hair to before I used the red. Like I said I'm giving three stars cuz I'm not sure if it didn't grab because of the slight tint of Orange or because the product isn't good on previously processed hair. Would recommend on Virgin Hair

This isn’t a good product to order if your trying to go bright red or let alone red period. It looks good when you first put it on, but once you wash it out it doesn’t become the color you expect and I had already had my hair bleached. I’ll never purchase this again.

What you will need that is not included with the dye is- a pair of gloves, a plastic mixing bowl. Not metal do to a chemical interaction. As well as plastic stir stick and application brush. Do not wash your hair first being this dries it out like tumbleweed. Have thick conditioner on hand. Rinse but do not shampoo and just use conditioner. It does not look the same on all hair types. Mine looked nice being my hair is dark. But it washes out very quick. I use dry shampoo to make it last longer. For a longer affect bleach your hair and leave it for a week to relax then use this product. I will not be using it again and will go back to other brands. It was a mess and stains. I have been doing my hair and my friends hair for years. I rate 3 stars being it arrived in a nice package and faster than expected. This is a product that is not made in the USA. The description tells you that. So instructions vary from site to site.
