I found the product great for grounding a iMac and Macbook Pro to reduce EMF exposure for everyday work.Beware of using the produce to sleep on overnight in apartment complexes with bad wiring. I found myself waking up int he middle of the night being electrocuted from the excess electricity dumped into the ground.Also, don't use if there is a lot of dirty electricity from bad wiring in your household. For that, it's better to figure out a way to ground naturally outside.

I highly recommend to use your own grounding wiring. I tested this with an outlet ground and experienced some strange, irregular heartbeats. Now this is up for debate, but some reasearch shows that electrical outlets have a lot of dirty electricity in them when wired to the entire house. It may not be the best experience for some people. So I tried using my coax cable outlet and grounded through that directly to the outside without any interference. This worked much, much better! Heart rate felt very stable and deeper sleep. My inflammation has also gone down over 1 week of use.

The bed strip barely covers your body & product did not come with plug tester or or plug for electrical outlet.If I hadn't also ordered the Earthing Kit which did come with a plug I wouldn't have been able to use this product. Ad did not tell you no plug was included. I felt a sight tingling the first nite I used it, however nothing after that.Bed strip moves around while sleep because there is nothing to attach to the bed. I wanted to use safety pins to tie it down, however didn't know if that would interfere with the grounding wires. I stopped using this product because it needs its own plug in cord. If you get this product get the bigger sheet.

I was a bit skeptical at the start, but based on recommendations I went for it to help wiht insomnia. Use it approximately 30-60min in the evenings before bed (not all night since lying on something connected to a socket inherently concerns me!). I sleep deeper, aches & anxiety are lessened, and feel over-all calmer the next day when I doRecommend! However I'd suggest going with a longer one that spans body length, not the shorter ones
