TLDR: i recommend this product.Disclaimer: I'm an adult male that has put together my fair share of furniture around the house growing up. I'm one of those "just look at the picture" to assemble it types of guys now in my adult years and love d.i.y stuff.Review:I read the reviews about the instructions being terrible. I feel like the instructions were meant for someone that didn't need much hand-holding. and when I saw those reviews about the instructions being terrible. i thought its can't be that bad but the reviews are correct to the extent that the instructions are not beginner-friendly. So if you don't have much experience putting furniture together do yourself a favor and get that expert assembly. Aside from the instructions issue, this product is sturdy and does the job that you need it to. no complaints. The product came with scratches and holds poorly together. I’ve been having constant issues with the drawers and the bottom one finally busted through the bottom. I cannot suggest getting pieces from this company.

The dresser is surprisingly sturdy but the coating they use on the wood damaged so easily. We had 2 pieces with noticeable scrapes and dents. It's fine since it's in a room and they're not noticeable but we also ordered the 6-drawer dressers and had the same issues with shipping damages. If this will be in a noticeable area inspect every piece before assembly to make sure you don't have scrapes scratches or dents

A little difficult for set up but is amazing

The shipping boxes arrived damaged and partially opened, and the Styrofoam packaging was old and brittle. Pieces of it were stuck to every piece of the product that I took out of the box, and the larger pieces of it fell apart when I picked them up. The dresser itself was a chore to assemble. The instructions are vague, printed in small images, and only show diagrams at parts when specific text instructions would be much more useful. The sections between each drawer have exposed plywood, so you run the risk of scraping your hand every time you reach into a drawer, and the drawers themselves are designed so you can see into each one looking from the top down, so they always have the appearance of being partly open. Altogether not worth the price, or the time I waited for shipping.

There are moments in life where you see with such clarity where you are and are not in life. Putting this piece of furniture together I realized that I am well off enough in life that I have clothing that needs to be stored, and the financial security to pay $200 for a dresser. Coming from a very poor background that seems like something to be proud of.However when this arrived, it was damaged. The hardware was in a huge plastic bag all together with no labels. The instructions were hideous. After three hours I managed to hobble it together. There were way too many screws left over, I was missing a bunch of things, I broke one of the drawers a little. And I realized this is the poor side of middle class. I can’t afford something put together and nice, but I wanted it delivered to my house and was willing to spend a couple hundred.It made me sad. All my hard work to earn the money for the dresser, all the hours I spent. And it’s not nice. It’s slightly broken. New but not nice. Just sad.
