It will shead the water off you, the panels along the arms and down the side are just s spandex stretchy material that is not water resistant/proof. If allows for air to come in and keep you cool. Will it keep you dry ina down poor... no, in a drizzle or mist yes

Whats the coldest it can hold up to?

Been using it at 5Â°C (41Â°F) and it holds up just fine, as long as you're moving. Remember that the black cloth is lycra, so it's breathable and not exactly cold resistant.

Does it have a sizing chart by height? I'm 5'11" 200lbs.. a xl size would fit? thanks

I do recall seeing a sizing chart somewhere under the description on Amazon. I am 6'0 230 lbs. The XL is perfect and also allows for some base layers. The jacket is form fitting.

Is the ordering size in the dropdown above the Asian size or the US size?

Their sizing is a bit off. The sleeves are longer than what they should be. I first ordered XL and the body fit well except that sleeves were a bit long. Then I ordered L and this time the jacket was extremely tight for me and even though sleeves were a bit shorter than the XL, still they were long for me. I’m 6’ 2” and 220 lb.
