I am only giving a 1 star on the chair. The chair I received was only 20" wide, and not as advertised. However I will give a 5 star on the customer service at idealchoice.com. They refunded my money back to me immediately and even left me keep the chair. Now that's great customer service!!

I use this chair for my bbl it worked!

Would likely be great for a young person. Also I think the chair is priced too high.

This chair is good size wise but comfort isnt great and the bar under the seat part really isn't that comfortabe;it is not really well built

A little hard for short older folks (me) to get out of. But I did it. Comfortable. No assembly required, yay! Headrest easily slips up or down to adjust to height of occupant. Tray goes on either side and has two drink spots, one with handle slot for coffee cup! Spaces for a tablet and one for cell phone, etc. Locks are on both arms to lock it in position. Very nice chair. I bought it as a gift for taking to music and entertainment venues but it is too heavy for hauling around unless you are strong and tall enough to not be dragging it. For a deck, patio, camping, etc. It would be great!

I like the fact that it was fully assembled at delivery. Also it holds heavier members of our family. But I was surprised to see rusty water running down chair legs after first rain. Makes me think it won't be sturdy long term. Disappointed.

As a fat person, I appreciate the secure feeling that, when I sit in this, it won't fall apart. This is my 2nd time buying this chair, as we leave them out an use them all year round the first purchase lasted about 11 months before wearing out (the weather-weakened seat gave way at the seams.) I expect I will buy this again in about a year. This will last longer for you if you put your chair away when the weather is bad :)
